    It's Easy To Make Your Lo-Fi Beats Sound Like A Pro!

    Our drum sample pack has been carefully curated using a Tascam 4-track cassette recorder, resulting in a rich tape cassette texture that you can experiment with to infuse your beats with a retro, Lo-Fi feel.

    This pack is an excellent fit for various genres, such as Hip-Hop, Boom Bap, R&B, and Neo Soul.
    All the loops you hear in this sample pack were run through the Tascam 424 MKI, one of the best analog cassette recorders of its time. The warmth and character it imparts on the sound is unparalleled, making it a highly sought-after tool for those looking to achieve a vintage, lo-fi aesthetic in their recordings.
    THIS IS A TEXTURE-BASED SAMPLE PACK.

    There are six variations of each loop, ranging from high fidelity to the most lo-fi, including options with and without tape cassette noise. You can choose from three different types of cassettes, each with its own unique character.

    All of these variations are available in different BPMs, allowing you to choose the one that suits your needs best. The loops will tempo-sync to your DAW's master tempo. The BPM range is our suggested use of each beat.

      We kept it simple by not adding any reverb or delay, so you can easily edit and customize the loops to your liking.

      Feel free to get creative and chop them up to create your own rhythm! You can also mix and match different textures for even more amazing results. 

      REX2 FILES

      A .rex2 file allow you to quickly manipulate an audio loop. These files are created with Recycle, a program that can detect all transients in the beat, separating them into slices. This allows you to work with the audio loop, slowing down or speeding up the original tempo without changing the original pitch. One of the coolest features is that you can sample the loop and re-sequence the 1 shot slices as you wish!

      METADATA EMBEDDED

      Metadata facilitates easy search and organization. You can add extra information about the audio file, like genre, artist, and category. Metadata makes your sound library more useful.

      UCS - Universal Category System

      This system provide and encourage the use of a set category list for the classification of sound effects. It's a framework for consistent categorization of sound effects, offer uniformity in a filename structure, and ease the pain of maintaining a sound effects library.
      Our drummer Jacopo intended to cook up some beats, but ended up cooking spaghetti and meatballs instead.
